I ordered from you guys last night and got 2 steak and chicken dinners, one of them had everything but the other one didn’t have any rice at all and the portion of chicken and steak was half of what the other one was and when I called and asked about getting a refund or my rice back and the lady on the phone was just rude and did not try and help whatsoever and after a little bit if argument she agrees to give me 10% on my next purchase which doesn’t do anything for me. I’m just very upset with the service I received last night and would like to hear back from management.
who could I email information to concerning available restaurant locations to consider for expansion?
I wish I could leave zero stars. Service was horrendous. Waitress was the rudest I have ever had. Then to top it off, she messed up our cards and ended up charging me TWICE for two different bills. I will NEVER return to this place and I will make sure no one I know ever goes here either. Absolutely ridiculous.
