Placed a take order on 3/26, being our first time there, the take out service end was horrible, I spoke with a female who I couldn\'t understand and everytime I asked a question, she didn\'t know how to respond. She would place me on hold and go ask someone and come back with a response. We ordered only simple things, but they made it difficult,to want to order anything from there. When we asked if they could substitute the regular fried rice for the pineapple, they didn\'t accommodate, it was basically NO, what difference does it make, rice is rice, and if they needed to charge xtra that was fine. Then I asked if I can purchase a side order of the pineapple rice, again it was NO. They weren\'t pleasant,I went from speaking to female who had no knowledge to a male who wasn\'t even pleasant on the phone. I wouldn\'t try this place again, the food wasn\'t appetizing, it left a sore taste in out mouths.
I came here with a group for a birthday celebration. We made a reservation but still waited for an hour before we were seated. Once seated we waited another 45 minutes before our order was taken. We never received our soup and when I mentioned it to the waitress she said \"I know, it wasn\'t done cooking \" and said we could get it to go after the meal, no apology. After the meal the soup never came even when I mentioned it again. Some people in our party dont eat meat and the cook put someone else\'s steak on their plate. One person in our party didn\'t receive their steak at all and after the whole meal was cooked the mistake was realized so she didn\'t get to eat until after everyone else had. Another person in our party ordered only vegetables and the cook realized he gave her the same portion as the rest of the party so he asked the waitress to go get more veggies for her--they never came. For the cost of the meal, the portions were minuscule compared to any other hibachi restaura
Staff was EXCELLENT! That\'s where it stopped. DO NOT GO on Wednesday nights. DJ is blasting subs like it\'s a club. He was friendly, but if he was a good dj he would\'ve known he could\'ve cut that down to 5 and get the same effect. Finally sushi was good, but sashimi is was frozen. I can tell cause there was no taste, unless i used a lot of soy sauce. At least the rice wasnt over cooked like last time. I should probably just stop coming here.
