We have been here many times but today was by far the worst experience. There was absolutely no social distancing between parties & when we asked to sit at another table they told us it would be 30 minutes & they only had 2 chefs on. We didn’t get the hibachi show experience & he didn’t even offer us the side sauces. They weren’t even leaving one seat between parties. Very disappointed
I ordered from you guys last night and got 2 steak and chicken dinners, one of them had everything but the other one didn’t have any rice at all and the portion of chicken and steak was half of what the other one was and when I called and asked about getting a refund or my rice back and the lady on the phone was just rude and did not try and help whatsoever and after a little bit if argument she agrees to give me 10% on my next purchase which doesn’t do anything for me. I’m just very upset with the service I received last night and would like to hear back from management.
